Summary

• The successful individual will required to accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. The role demands an individual who is resourceful, a fast learner and a creative strategic thinker.

Responsibilities
Advertisements:

• All creative news and adaptation requirements for advertisement to coordinate with the agency and get the required creative, as per timeline.
• Overall agency coordination for all creative requirements right from ideation to corrections to getting the same approved internally.
• Supervise the accounts reconciliation and barter statement for all media houses.
• Getting approvals for all ads internally and also from co-partners.

Ads Scheduling/Measurement:

• Monthly and weekly ads scheduling as per Marketing Plan/ Model-wise plan for the month.
• Page placement securing for Brand Ad/ tactical ad for promotion getting premium placement before competition ad.
• Ads executed to get the response level in terms of enquiries generated.
• Various mediums of the ads used, to gauge and prepare response levels in terms of enquiries as per the Publication and Page Position and Ad size.

Barter deals coordination/Renewals.

• Payments reconciliations/ Barter statements/ Receipts for Payments from vendors.
• Renewal/ Extension of the Barter deals during exhaustion of the same to ensure continuity of the same.

SMS Blast campaign management:

• Overall supervision of SMS blast as per the promotions running and daily response level.
• Gathering data in terms of enquiries generated from each day and activity from the various mediums.
• Scripting of SMS messages and getting approval from Management.

E-mailers:

• E-mailers promotions creation with creatives and concept.
• Executing the Email blast campaigns on weekly basis.
• Coordinating with the agencies in getting the e-mailers done with necessary approvals from Management.

Qualification and Experience
Essential:

• Relevant Qualification in the Social Sciences field.
• 4-10 years related experience and/ or training.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques.

Competencies:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
