Job Title: Senior Officer: High Value Sales Support
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
To provide administrative support to the High Value Regional Sales teams, supporting the seamless execution of the HV and MNP Strategy via requisite stakeholder engagements.
Work with data stakeholders - IT, Channel Accounting to collate requisite data for sale performance monitoring
Responsible for timely facilitation of KPI reports and other reports such as would support the business and enhance productivity
Responsible for collating field sales reports and validating monthly activations
Periodically modify current reports to make reports more inclusive, robust and informative
Responsible for developing Performance Reporting and Monitoring Templates
Coordinate with the relevant IT and Network support team for the timely availability of the relevant reports in the correct format
Report/Data Integrity:
Timely and accurate preparation of Canvassers payout schedule vis-à-vis validated information
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
Decompose high-level information into details and give general understanding and recommendation to stake holders
Cross & intra Functional Engagement:
Be the liaison between the business units, IT teams, Network teams and other support teams in terms of the reporting and business needs of the Segment.
Coordinate between Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Customer Service Delivery and other relevant departments to ensure a qualitative and timely report is available
Provide administrative support in all projects carried out within the segment
Effectively liaise with Marketing in analyzing competitor's activities as well as relevant market development and proposing pre-emptive counter measures
Support the High Value Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on all High Networth Individuals (HNI) Sales related engagement across stakeholder departments in head office
Management Assistance:
Provide support and data as relating to sales performance to zones/regions
Provide insight and information from available data that gives competitive advantage to business and deliver same in a concise manner to make strategic decisions
Collate and evaluate reports to increase general sales productivity.
Analyze reports and highlight areas of weakness and strength based on agreed baseline for operational changes and action
Evaluate and manage performance trend from reports and evaluate performance calculated against set targets
Management Presentation of Performance:
Deploy relevant metrics to routinely monitor progress against targets
Develop and prepare the reporting structure, presentation slides and models that clearly shows performance from different Regions and highlight agreed baseline for action
Periodic and timely publishing of reports to relevant stakeholders
Major Challenges:
Availability of relevant software to aid reporting
Facilitation of MIS data when there is a downtime
Responsiveness of supporting departments
Key Decisions:
Responding to market dynamics and recommending measures to increase sales from existing and new Partners
Constantly tracking and reviewing HV Team's and HV National sales performance and market expansion.

Skills and Knowledge:
A degree from a reputable university
Creativity and good report writing and communication skills

Numeric Skills & Database Management - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with particular expertise in Excel and Power Point
Business Application Knowledge - Ability to utilize relevant technology (software and systems) to meet business needs
Strong communication and presentation skills
