We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: HR Manager (HRM)

Location: Imo

Job Description
The HR manager will:

• Provide a professional and efficient generalist HR and payroll administration service to the Company ensuring that our policies are supported by the appropriate documentation and systems
• Input all HR data to include starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, salary changes, job changes, cost centre changes, line manager changes, logging maternity and paternity leave etc. Once input appropriate copies taken, forwarded to Payroll and filed.
• Keep employee personnel files up to date with all relevant HR information, ensuring accuracy of information on file
• Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs
• Provide support on related recruitment/talent projects
• Any other duties and projects required.

Desired Skills and Experience

• B.Sc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Proven ability to line manage and motivate teams of staff and individuals
• At least 5 years' experience of working in a company with highly commercial goals and drivers.
• Demonstrable analytical and numeracy skills
• A professional certification in HR would be an added advantage.
