Position Summary

• We needs a Senior Analyst IT Application Software who can meet operational targets, schedules, and quality requirements in terms of technology.
• The Senior Analyst IT Application Software is directly responsible for ensuring the timely and quality delivery of respective software components, and directing the work of support specialists, systems analysts and developers.
• This role leads the implementation of technology and network systems to aid organizational growth.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of technology within an organisation and direct the work of systems and business analysts, developers, support specialists and other computer-related workers.
• Ensures the timely and quality delivery of respective software components and any other related deliverables.
• Make tactical and strategic decisions as it relates to resource allocations.
• Prioritize decisions that impact the business roadmap.
• Meet or exceed operational targets, service-level agreements, schedules, quality and/or cost requirements.
• Resolve all personnel issues and create an environment that fosters both personal and organizational growth.
• Develop and manage the budget for the functional area.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Qualifications ( Experience, Knowledge & Skills)
Qualification:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field;
• Professional Certifications (preferably in Microsoft Technology).

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript Query and Query Mobile), HTML CSS

Competence:

• Industry Principles and Concepts;
• Trouble shooting;
• Quality Control/Continuous improvement.

Remuneration
This position provides a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive base salary commensurate with skills and experience.
