Job Title: Deputy Creative Director

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Reports to the creative Director/COO.
• Handles creative projects of the company and assists the creative team in developing ideas.
• Meet with the account management team to discuss clients’ requirements.
• Be involved in digital strategy.
• Conducts periodical brainstorming sessions for the creative team to help them understand the working style and the project requirements.
• Attend meetings with the clients to know their requirements.
• conduct presentations for the creative team to help them understand the client requirements.
• Coordinate/oversee all the activities of the creative team.
• Give presentations to the clients to pitch ideas of the creative team of the company.
• keeps track on the status of projects and motivates the employees to complete the project on or before the set deadline.
• Update the creative Director on progress of all projects / briefs in-house.

Skills Required

• Ability to analyze the market and bring potential clients to the company.
• Ability to develop evolutionary ideas.
• Ability to identify skilled individuals and bring creative workforce to the company is essential.
• Possess good marketing skills and managerial skills.
• Must have highly creative writing skills and presentations skills.
• Organized and should have ability to prioritize their tasks and meet the deadlines.
• Should possess ability to create a positive work environment and motivation amongst the employees.
• Computer literacy is very essential. Should be able to work with various operating system technologies, Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, Illustrator, Flash, etc.
• Experience with various web technologies is an added advantage.
• Must have thorough understanding of art advanced technologies used in creative development.
• Should be comfortable working in different work environments and should believe in team work.

Requirements

• Multinational agency experience-minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally with some award winning work in portfolio.
• Digital Experience necessary.
• Energetic, passionate and dynamic individuals.
• Should be able to do conceptual work.
• English as a primary language.
