Ritman University is the 58th Private University, approved by the Federal Government to begin academic activities on February 25 2015 and Licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to begin operations as a Private University on March 5th 2015.

Job Description

• The position is to he filled in accordance with Ritman University Law 2015 Section 4 (2), Sub section 5 (1-4). interested candidates, who meet the requisite qualification and experience as stated below may apply:

Duties

• The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the University, responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day to day administration of the University.
• He is the Secretary to Council, Senate, Congregation and Convocation.

Qualification

• Candidates should possess a good honours Degree from a recognized university, with at least 15 (Fifteen) years of cognate experience, preferably in a University or other institution of higher learning. (Acquisition of a higher degree(s) will be an advantage)
• Proven records of sound administrative leadership including membership in recognized professional management body.
• Presently not below the rank of a Deputy Registrar

Tenure

• The tenure of the Registrar, as Principal Officer of the University is for Five (5) years in the first instance, and may be re-appointed for another and final term of 5 (five) years, subject to adjudged satisfactory performance.

Salary and Condition of Service
The successful applicant shall earn consolidated salary for Registrars and other allowances normally attached to the Principal Officer in Nigerian Universities.
