The service of professional Caterers and Facility Operators to manage the underlisted facilities on lease arrangement:

A.) Five Restaurant Facilities.
B.) Guest House with Conference Facilities.
C.) First-class Conference Centre with several breakout rooms.
D.) Ultra-modern Laundry Facilities.
