Location: Lagos

Job Description
The successful candidate will be involved in the following key areas:

• Candidates will have extensive experience in large and mega capital projects within one or more of the following areas:
  • Power & Energy
  • Transport
  • Water
  • Mining
  • Oil & Gas
  • Government
• To identify clients, pursue opportunities, win and deliver engagements at clients who are about to, or who have embarked on the execution of significant capital projects or programmes of projects
• Services will be capital project focused, and will inter alia range from project governance and risk advisory, through project office set-up, to integrated project controls diagnostics and deep dive rectification of construction project issues.
• Deliver engagement deliverables
• Build, nurture and retain relationships with client organisation
• Represent the firm as an industry / sector specialist in one to one discussions with strategic leadership, or through thought leadership presentations at industry forums and conferences.
• Develop thought leadership material for the firm locally and globally
• Remain informed about the latest industry developments and to be available to support other parts of the business with information and assistance in respect of the specific industry.
• To lead and mentor team personnel, especially the execute and operate assigned resources
• Participate in various internal firm initiatives
• Support the division's practices across Africa with business development and delivery

Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must have extensive knowledge of Nigeria infrastructure environment and project pipeline
• Engineering qualification (civil, mechanical, electrical)
• A postgraduate qualification in business would be ideal (MBA, MBL, EDP etc.)
• 10 years + professional experience in large scale infrastructure mega projects (road, rail, energy and urban planning)
• Strong experience in consulting practice management
• Experience in external / management consulting environment essential
• Strong business development and opportunity identification skills

Remuneration
$300,000 - $400,000 + Equity Profit Share
