As part of its well structured growth and business expansion plans, our client is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and motivated professionals, to fill the Senior Management Position that have now arisen from the implementation of the plans:

Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Job Descriptions

• Will design and implement corporate security strategy to secure the company’s assets and personnel against a wide spectrum of risks and hazards on all platforms of operation and from all conceivable sources.
• Will design and supervise the company wide implementation of measures and policies to ensure effective personnel security, facility security, fleet security, cyber security and guaranteed business continuity for the company in all locations of operation and on all platforms of service delivery
• Will cultivate strong interpersonal relationships with key officials in the Nigeria security and law enforcement environment so as to be effective in the deployment of armed security personnel in the service of the company’s operations nationwide and as may be required always
• Will manage a well trained security team company-wide and will be responsible for the efficient management of the company’s security infrastructure and security assets in all the operations locations

Person Specifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in any acceptable field of study. Membership of or certification by any relevant professional body will be valuable
• Demonstrable competence in and passion for security services industry, law enforcement, armed services and related fields
• Not have been dismissed, or found guilty on account fraud, dishonesty, or other acts of a criminal nature in a previous job
• Minimum of 15 years progressive work experience in the security, law enforcement or armed services or related fields, including the last 5 years in Senior Management position
