Coignsoft Limited, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Job Title: Website Admin/IT Support

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time/Intern (9am to 5pm)

Summary of Role

Generate and update website/mobile content (products, content, promotions)
Provide IT support for Mobile Value Added Services
Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website/mobile and mobile (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc)
Develop/Improve the companies' social accounts (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Youtube)
Plan, define and implement website/mobile changes and functional improvements
Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the company
Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to improve them
Generate weekly Management Information report based on data from web analytics

Responsibilities
Detailed responsibilities would include:

Generate daily traffic report and performance report for management decisions
Manage content production plans
Conduct quality assurance of contents
Significant data entry (Our target is 10,000 products and their details within 60 days
Update product information and content on the website/mobiles
Create banners, images, promotions etc for display on the website/mobile using top products and templates
Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
Manage website/mobile configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management)
Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
Scope and document ongoing website/mobile functional projects /improvements
Test and deploy functional projects /improvements
Work with marketing team to integrate marketing plans for the online target customer
Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website/mobile
Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website/mobile sales conversions & customer engagement

Marketing:

Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc
Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns
Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders
Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)

Measurement:

To meet and exceed all agreed performance objectives (sales, conversions, engagement)
Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Meet internal service levels for website/mobile activity and management
Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business

Key Experience/Requirements

Experience with working on platforms such as Opencart, Magento, Drupal, Wordpress
2-3 yrs in a similar role for an online company/Mobile VAS (e-commerce/Mobile VAS experience will be an advantage)
Candidates should possess BSc,HND
Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail website/mobiles (ppc, email marketing, link generation, blogging, online pr, SEO, offline marketing and pr, affiliate programmes, etc)
Understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an e-commerce context
Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop
Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
Familiar with data management
Previous experience of website/mobile or e-commerce CMS
Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
Experience across popular e-commerce platforms would be a plus

Salary
N75,000 monthly
