Job Title: Director, Operations

Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director4eneral and shall:

Plan, develop, direct, coordinate, and evaluate operating and program activities for the efficient delivery of services by CROIA
Direct the development, revision, and implementation of the departmenFs policies, rules, and operational procedures
PartIcipate in the development of policies and procedures required for the improvement or modification of existing programs thatwould enhance efficient service delivery of CRGIA

Qualifications

A minimum of a Mastes Degree in Environmental Sciences
With12 years of cognate experience in Survey, 615, Geography or allied fields and not less than 4 years at Management level
