1.) Corporate Affairs manager
The Ideal candidate for this position should have good years of managerIal experience working in the corporate/communications/Brand Management office and should possess the following requirements:
  • Requirements
  • A good minimum degree in the arts/sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications.
  • An MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Professional ability to represent the company’s brand amid reputation in public, through both oral and written communications.
  • Vast experience, exposure and connection in the print and electronic media television, radio, print media etc.

2.) Head of Administration
The ideal candidate for this position Should have good years of experience working in the administrative department and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • A good minimum degree in the arts/sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications.
  • An MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Manage and maintain company facilities and equipment.
  • Good exposure, vastness and management of major admin duties insurance, asset management, utilities bills, tariffs, local government relations,
  • Manage the acquisition and distribution of organization’s assets / facilities and equipment.
3.) Technical Manager
The ideal candidate for this position should have good experience in the management of a big organization technical machineries and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • A good first degree in any science based discipline preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • An MBA or post graduate degree qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Professional membership of relevant professional bodies.
  • At least 4 years cognate experience in the capacity of a Technical Service or (its equivalent) Manager.
  • Proficiency in computer package utilization.
  • Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company’s machineries and equipment.
  • Good technical knowledge of industrial machines and equipment.
4.) Account Manager
The ideal candidate should have a good experience In accounting management and Should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • Bsc. in Accounts, Economics and Banking discipline (Minimum degree). Other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years work experience of which at least 2 years must have been at the level of an accounts manager in an establishment.
  • Prepare the branches/divisional books of accounts including general ledger, trial balance and balance sheet

  • Keep accounts for individual trade and sundry creditors/debtors. Monitor stock in the branch and ensure proper valuation of stock
5) Audit Managers
The ideal candidate should have a good experience in auditing / accounting management and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • B.Sc in Accounts, Audit, Economics and Banking discipline (Minimum degree). Other proven professional qualifications wilt be an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years work experience of which at least 2 years must have been at the level of an audit manager in an establishment.
  • Prepare audit work programs, establish procedures covering audit scope, estimate resource needs and prepare reports for audit assignments
  • Perform regular system review of operation and processes within the various units of the organization.
  • Perform pre and post payment audit checks on salaries, purchases, and other transactions involving cash flow.
6.) Quality Control Mgrs/Officers
The ideal candidate should have a good experience In quality management and practices and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • A good first degree in Food Science and Food technology.
  • At least 2years experience.
  • Proficiency in computer package utilization,
7.) General Manager
The ideal candidate should have a good expenence not spanning less than eight years in the hospitality industry and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • A good degree in any social science related discipline (Minimum degree).
  • An MBA together with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years work experience in hospitality business notably QSR, of which at least 7 years must have been at managerial levels.
  • Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the organization’s day to day activities.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.
8.) Warehouse Managers
The ideal candidate should have a good experience in warehouse management/good store keeping and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • Bsc. in relevant discipline (minimum degree) with a proven track record.
  • At least 8 Years work experIence with at least 4 years spent in same capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work successfully with teams and take initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for the directing, coordinating and planning of the warehouse storage and distribution for products and materials.
  • Supervision of the activities of employees engaged in receiving and storing of materials and products. Review work orders, invoices and confirm reports and monitor the distribution of materials or products.
  • Maintain safe and efficient warehouse conditions including overseeing the equipment and vehicle fleets and order any replacements or maintenance, when needed.
9.) Information Technology Managers & Officers
The ideal candidate Should have a good experience in information technology/computer science management and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • Bsc. / HND in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Information Science. Other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

  • Plan and coordinate activities such as installing and upgrading hardware and software, programming and systems design, the Implementation of computer networks, and the development of Internet and intranet sites.
  • Upkeep, maintains, and secures networks.
  • Analyze computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.
  • Ensure the availability, continuity, and security of data and information technology services in the organization.
10.) General Manager (GM Operations)
The ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 45 years and should possess the following requirements:

Requirements
  • A good degree in any social science related discipline (Minimum degree). An MBA together with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years work experience of which at least 7 years must have been at managerial levels.
  • Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the organization’s day today activities.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.
11.) Outlet/Unit/Stores Managers (QSR)
The ideal candidates with good experience in the QSR industry should have the following basic requirements:

Requirements
  • Bsc. in Food Technology/Hotel & Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline or social science discipline (Minimum degree).
  • At least 4 years work experience of which at least 2 years must have been at the level of a branch manager in a food and hospitality establishment.
  • Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the branch/store day to day activities.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning of the store/branch kitchen operations as well as giving direction to the overall management of the store/branch, Ability to work successfully lead and direct teams.
12.) Bakers/Caterers/Cooks/ Kitchen Trainees
The ideal candidates for these positions should possess the following qualifIcations and abilities:

Requirements
  • Good educational qualifications in catering and hotel management (Preferably from technical schools and recognized catering schools.)
  • Engagement in food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and minimize waste.
  • Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the kitchen Management records are updated at all times.
13.) Automobile mechanics
The ideal candidates for this position should have good years of experience working as auto mechanics and engineers in well established automobile firms.

Requirements
  • A good technical college, polytechnic or graduate educational qualification.
  • At least 4 years cognate experience.
  • Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company’s automobile facilities.
  • Good technical knowledge of automobile repairs and maintenance.
14.) Drivers
The ideal candidates for these positions should not be more than 40.

Requirements
  • GCE/SSCE(O/Level educational qualification.)
  • Professional driving school certificate qualification.
  • At least 3 years driving experience, (five years for Transport Superintendent)
  • Valid Federal Government recognized drivers’ license.
  • Good knowledge of Lagos State road network and Highway Code.
