Manager and Executives in a Multi-Lateral Company (4 Positions)

A multi-lateral organization requires the services of professionals to fill the positions below:

1.) Compliance Manager

Key Duties

• Conducts regular and ad-hoc audits of financial controls and management systems for corporate policy and legal compliance
• Conducts annual review of fiscal and investment management policies and procedures and recommends corrective action it needed
• Conducts audit of inventory management systems to ensure correct matching of physical inventory with system database content and provide recommendation for corrective action, it any
• Communicates audit findings and explores suitable solutions to any data error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processes

Excellent team player with an eye for details, high ethical standards, good stamina, enjoys travelling and result-oriented.

Requuired Skill
Applicants for this position must possess excellent communication and inter personal skills, detail oriented, conscientious and systematic with a high level of accuracy but without losing sight of the big picture, ability to work long hours and to adhere to set deadlines, must have strong moral and ethical foundation to disclose potentially illegal criminal and unethical business practices or data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Second Class, (Upper Division) in Accounting or other related fields from a reputable Institution.
• A minimum of two years experience

2.) Agribusiness Executives

Key Duties

• Servicing existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
• Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
• Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on pricing products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Management

Required Skill

• Applicant should have a degree, with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) in Crop Protection or Agronomy with thesis in Weed Science or Agricultural Biology from a reputable institution.

3.) Healthcare Business Executives

Key Duties

4.) Supply Chain Executives

Key Duties

• Conducts the smooth functioning of activities relating to requisition, receipt, stocking and dispatch of goods and supplies
• Organizing the systematic storage of documentation related to the materials
• Raising waybills, checks transporter bills, and various other documentation processes from time to time
• Maintains inventory of all supplies and makes note of damaged goods etc.
• Checks physical stocks weekly with records
• Performs all work related duties assigned by the manager
• Coordinates with transporters and suppliers for the dispatch arid procurement of goods
• Supervises the maintenance of warehouse tools arid machinery
• Follows proper documentation nd safety procedures of all warehouse functions.

Required Skills

Qualification

• Applicant should have a degree with a minimuum of Second Class (Upper Division) in Operations/ Logistics, Stocktaking, Supply Chain or any related field of study from an accredited Institution.
• A post graduate degree in Materials Management, Stock or Book-keeping or any other related field from a reputable Institution is an added advantage.
• Minimum of two years experience
