Qualifications and Experience

1.) Planning Officer II (ACUNTSS 08)

A good honours degree from a recognized University is any of the following fields -  Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Educational Management with bias plus 2 years experience in the Planning unit if a university.

2.) Principal Internal Auditor (ACUNTSS 11)
Candidates should possess B.Sc. or HND in Accountancy from a recognised institution plus plus membership of a professional recognised Accountancy body ACMA, ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or its equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience in higher institution.

3.) Senior Internal Auditor (ACUNTSS 09)
Candidates should possess B.Sc. or HND in Accountancy from a recognised institution plus plus membership of a professional recognised Accountancy body ACMA, ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, CPA, or its equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience in higher institution.

4.) Senior Assistant Registrar (Public Relations) (ACUNTSS 11)
  • A good honours degree in the Arts or social sciences preferably Mass Comm, public relations or English from a reputable university. A post-graduate degree and membership of professional bodies will be an advantage. Interested candidates who must have at-leats 7 years post-qualification experience in a corporate public relations practice are also expected to possess the following abilities
  • Advise management on public relations issues and strategies
  • Write, edit and produce newsletters, magazines, reports, brochures, and other institutional documents.
  • Relate effectively with stake-holders and
  • Manage corporate events.

5.) Systems Engineer (ACUNTSS 07)
Candidates must have HND or BSc or B.Tech or equivalent qualifications in computer science or engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering or any other relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience in network design, network monitoring and management. Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

6.) Higher Technical Officer (ACUNTSS 07)
Candidates must possess WASC/GCE/SSCE and OND or equivalent qualification in computer science or engineering or any other relevant discipline plus at least 4 years post qualification experience in Web design and management. Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

7.) Senior Assistant Registrar (ACUNTSS 07)
Candidates must have a good university degree and must have completed the NYSC scheme or certificate of exemption plus not less than 7 years relevant university administration and must be computer literate. Evidence of post-graduate Masters degree will be an advantage.

8.) Confidential Secretary II (ACUNTSS 07)
Candidates must possess a good university degree or HND in Secretarial Studies plus RSA or Pitman or Govt Training School certificates or their equivalent for 120/50 w.p.m in shorthand and type-writing plus 2 years post-qualification experience. Other requirements fpr the position are excellent oral communication, writing and reporting skills, hgh proficiency on the computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and ability to use the internet.

9.) Confidential Secretary II (ACUNTSS 07)
WASC preferably with credit in English or its equivalent and RSA or Pitman or Govt Training School certificates or their equivalent for 100/50 w.p.m in shorthand and type-writing with at least 4 years Stenographic/Secretarial experience, including period of formal training or OND secretarial studies from a recognised polytechnic or equivalent institution.

10.) Higher Executive Officer (Accounts) (ACUNTSS 07)
Candidates should possess BSc or HND in Accountancy from recognized institution plus membership of professionally recognised Accountancy body with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Higher institution.

11.) Pharmacist II (ACUNTSS 07)
Candidates must possess good honours degree in pharmacy, registered with the Pharmacists Registration Council of Nigeria (PCRN) with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in Public Hospitals or recognised institutions medical centres and NYSC certificate.

12.) Pharmacy Technician (ACUNTSS 06)
Candidates must possess good diploma in pharmacy, registrable with the Pharmacists Registration Council of Nigeria (PCRN) with minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Public Hospitals or tertiary institutions medical centres .

13.) Medical Laboratory Technologist
Candidates must possess good HND or BSc or B.Tech degree in Medical Laboratory Science and be an Associate member of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technologists (AIMLT) plus 2 years post qualification experience and NYSC certificate.


14.) Deputy Director (ACUNTSS 14)
Candidates must possess good honours degree in Engineering (i.e Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with at least 12 years post qualification experience as a COREN, most of which must be in a University.

15.) Library Assistant
Candidates must possess WASC/NECO/ O'L GCE with credit passes in at least 5 subjects including English Language, Mathematics and three subjects or Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognised institution
