A leading Nigeria-based Public Relations and Integrated Brand Communications Consultancy invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions in its office in Lagos.

1) Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Group CEO

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be a graduate from a reputable University/Polytechnic (A Masters degree would be an advantage)
Experienced in an Administration/Executive Assistant/PA role in a high-pressure environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential) Experience of successful working with senior management.
Ability to multi-task and to represent the CEO’s office.
Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
Have excellent computer skills; literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and be well presented at all times.
The ideal candidate must be very proficient in the English language, and should be able to write high level letters as part of his/her duties.

2) Job Title: Accountant
Job Description:

Assist the Finance Manager in handling accounting and financial responsibilities of the company.
The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Contribute towards the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and budgetary control.
Create and maintain the chart of accounts and other company financial records/information.
Supervise the passing of accounting entries in the books of account.
General accounting and financial reconciliations, including bank reconciliation.

Qualifications/Experience:

B.sc/HND in Accounting from a reputable University/Polytechnic; (ICAN/ACCA membership would be an added advantage).
Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience as an Accountant in a structured environment.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Should be GAAP/IFRS Proficient.

3) Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Qualifications/Experience:

A first degree/OND
Flawless spoken English and excellent interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience would be an advantage
