Job Title: Training Project Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description
As Training Projects coordinator, you will triple as course counselor, telemarketer and sales executive for all our training programs. You will

• Be the front-desk person, first contact person to prospective trainees, and ‘face’ of the company
• Follow up on all email, phone and walk-in enquiries with a view to converting them to sales
• Anchor the update and provisioning of prompt feedback at all our social media handles
• Form classes, communicate training schedule to trainers and liaise with students to ensure their training objectives are met
• Carry out routine checks on training activities to ensure quality delivery is attained and maintained between trainers and students
• Be responsible for the marketing of our training services to the corporate clients

Job Specifications
Academic and Professional:

• HND or B.Sc in the Arts or Social Sciences
• Certification in Project Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year or more
