What use is re-applying when people like Bamanga Tukur, David Mark, PDP party chieftains, NNPC executive, senators, etc etc have their children, girlfriend, brothers and sister. I reliably gathered that its only 30% that will be on merit. The rest will be shared by GEJ to his party faithfuls. Even the Petroluem Minister does not have a say in this. Nigeria is joke country. I wipe for this country called Nigeria. I truly wipe!!!

Since it doesn't cost much to apply I will advise that you simply apply and hope for the best. Even as some person said that about 30% will be on merit, who said u can't be part of it?. This is a rogue country and there's little we can do.
