HiBand Wireless Limited Recruits Customer Service and Front Desk Personnel (13 Positions)

HiBand Wireless Limited is a 21st century company, driven to provide our valued customers with current and future IT based solutions in Digital Television, Video Conferencing, IP-based Surveillance Services,Internet Related and Private Network needs, theses services extend to all Government Departmental offices, medium and large enterprises and private individuals.

We are looking for talented and Experienced individuals to fill the positions of:

1.) Call Centre Supervisor x 1
2.) Call Centre Representative x 4
3.) Front Desk Supervisor x 1
4.) Front Desk Representative x 4
5.) Technical Support Operatives x 2

• Minimum of a university degree certificate.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English Language with good diction.
• Must have basic computer Knowledge. Must have advanced computer knowledge with basic networking and IP understanding.
• Basic relational database (e.g SQL server, excel database).
• Ability to be tolerant With both internal and external customers is a must.
• Years of experience must not be less than 3yrs.

6.) Customer Service Manager

• In addition to the requirements of Call Centre Supervisor etc above, candidates for this position must also have professional certification plus a minimum of 6yrs experience in similar position and not more than 40 years old
