Position: Assistant Security Manager

Department: Security

Job Description

• Assist in ensuring security of company assets, operations and facilities.
• Conduct risk analyses, periodic security audits and investigations of accidents, thefts and property loss.
• Recommend appropriate programmes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement company security policy and ensure efficient operations of security procedures in assigned areas.

The Person

• Physically fit.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate
• Sound judgment, interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to conduct and/or support sensitive investigations.
• Ability to develop unique solutions that guard business needs without loss or compromise.

Qualification

• First degree - BSc/HND.
• Other qualifications in security procedures, criminology or related fields will be an added advantage.
• 5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English Language

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, security organisation or force.
• Experience in industrial security will be an added advantage.
