The statement/requirement for the application with Firs is clear it allows full application to commence on 29/8/16 then and there you would see the necessary requirements needed.

what is the problem with NIGERIA? There has never been anything that we said we will do and we did it and get it right the first time. we were told this site will be open today 29th August...no show yet.
