Hello.......hot nogeria jobs' agent 2 MTN...pls inform MTN that there are many grads without any prior experience 4rm any firm......let them knw dat we ar fresh grads with only Nysc workin experience and also graduate of bankin n finance 4rm recognised nd competitive university...i nd i belief other grads wil also be delighted if the workin xperience is removed.10x

Pls tell MTN to stop deceiving themselves by posting publication every week without employing anyone. What about the fresh graduate???????

@Kamaldeen, you need to understand that every job has a requirement. If a graduate with no experience is employed in a job where experience is needed, he/she will almost certainly fail even from the start.

I will advice you to look out for management/graduate trainee jobs. I have seen quite a number of them on this website.

I got to know of Nestle, Accenture MGT/GRD trainee on this same website some days ago. I'm believe they are still on.

You need to be positive please.

@ Viokey, I'm very disturbed with your comment about MTN- advertising and not employ anyone. Well, I don't think any HR professional will do that intentionally but it can happen that one advertise, short list & interview & still don't get the right person. Although, that would have been exceptional cases. However, I know MTN recruit almost every now & then. A friend got a job there in Nov 2012 so I'l advice that the youth stay away from posting such negative comments. Let's be positive. If you believe MTN does that, contact their communications manager & get a clearer picture. With that, you will be better informed even if that is the real situation. I mean you will know why.

On your comment on fresh graduate, please see my reply above.

More so on that, I'l add to my advice above that you can acquire your experience in a small firm/organization. Look into every products around you, in the supermarket/stores around you, check out the company that produces them. Check on their website/contact, send your CV to them or if there is a vacancy on their website, apply but read their profile & do mention something about what you'v read in your cover letter.

It goes a long way & the experience you need may just be around the corner.
