As part of our business expansion strategy we seek to recruit competent and result -oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Blumer  Operators.

Ref: BO
Location: lbadan
 
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating Blumer machine and as a team leader, will also manage his/her team to achieve set target.
 
Key Duties / Job Description
- Ensure correct operation of press and  minimize machine stoppages.
- Ensure availability of all production materials required to run.
- Accurate recording and reporting of waste and reducing waste to agreed target
- Effective utilization of team members.
- Assist in coordinating training schedules for subordinates.
- Accurate and speedy reporting of defect.
- Ensure that daily production comply with quality standard.
 
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of National Diploma in Printing Technology or related field
- Minimum of five years on the job experience with Blumer printing industry
- Good inter personal relations
- Effective communication skills
