Job Title: Manager, Network Enterprise Services (NES)

Location: Lagos
Division: Network Department

Core Purpose of the Job

• To handle Enterprise Customers Links performance and also manage the performance team.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of Enterprise Network Solutions projects against KPI’s.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating records of all Enterprise Solutions deployed and the accuracy there of.
• Interface with contractors ensuring network performance is within SLA.

Job Summary

• Review EBU project charters and develop supporting project work plans /revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements as well as evaluate technical bids from contractors.
• Manage installation, commissioning and integration of Customer relations projects (connect stores, connect lites), adhoc projects that may arise from EBU.
• Co-ordinate change request management for Network Enterprise Solutions and ensure changes are as planned without disruption to service delivery
• Drive capacity utilization and ensure Maximum asset utilization on Enterprise network elements.
• Drive the resolution of failures or degradations affecting the Transmission for an optimal network performance.
• Active participation on Problem resolution with all Network division stakeholders.
• Forecast the KPI’s threshold for all the measured KPI’s on the Network Enterprise Solution.
• Ensure understanding of MTN NWG ISO requirements for the department and ensure compliance with ISO guidelines

Education

• First Degree in any Engineering Course

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years’ related work experience which includes:
  • At least three (3) years in Performance Management in a telecommunications environment
  • At least one (1) year in a leadership/ supervisory role within the same sector
  • Experience working on a multi-vendor network
