Job Title: HR Business Partner - Fluent Efik Language Speaker

Job Description

The main responsibility of the HR Business Partner will evaluate strategic business priorities in order to develop, integrate, deliver and manage fit for purpose HR strategies for the business.
He/she will influence, facilitate and implement HR solutions using a consultative approach to address key business needs.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development and employee engagement.
Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice
Ensure compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation
Support talent development management programs through effective succession planning, talent rotation, performance & C&B management
Develop and organize individual capability through effective change strategies, refine organization structures if necessary and ensure appropriate plans are implemented.
Drive the performance management process – intervening where necessary to improve management and team effectiveness
Work in partnership with the operational management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
Assist designated functional heads with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with people plans e.g. performance management, career management
Provide HR data reporting and analysis to satisfy routine and ad-hoc organizational requirements and key HR analysis e.g. headcount
Support and maintain organizational charts, tracking and expat management
Drive key HR initiatives and contribute actively towards development of sound recruitment practices to meet hiring needs timely and effectively

Expectations

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Evidence of CPD
Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 4 years as HRBP or HR generalist in a manufacturing plant environment
Coaching and facilitation skills
Project Management Skills
Employee relations knowledge
Customer orientation
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Must be able to speak EFIK language fluently
Ability to multi-task and manage diverse teams
Ability to interact across various levels in the organization
