Job Description
The Field Supervisor supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Will monitor daily progress of job while working independently providing technical guidance and work direction to field staff as it relates to completion operations.
- This person will organize, dispatch and manage field personnel and client representatives on orders to prepare and supervise deployment of projects.
- Experience working with Intelligent Production services and supported equipment
- Acting Liaison with the Field Representatives and the customer during job
- Provide technical support or any further equipment needing deployment to job/project site, followed up my proper tracking and documentation
- Supervises the return and inspection reports and ensures proper flow of documentation utilizing SAP
- Handles field installations and special projects, as assigned.
Essential Qualifications/Requirements
- HND or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-5 years' experience in an oilfield operations environment, within Completions
- Leadership qualities
- Knowledge of Intelligent completions tools, packers and well monitoring
- Ability to use specialized skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development
- Intermediate proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Mechanical and Electrical aptitude preferred
- Thorough understanding of completions as it relates to oilfield services
- Problem recognition and solution development
Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area
