Minimum of fifteen (15) years Post Qualification teaching Experience in University or related tertiary Institution and adequate years of Administrative Experience. Registration with Professional body where applicable is compulsory.
Associate Professor: The candidate must have been a Senior Lecturer for at least three (3) years with a Ph.D. degree in the area specified and evidence of highly scholarly productivity with nothing less than ten (10) years of Teaching and Research Experience in a University. The candidate must be willing to initiate and develop courses at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and be able to supervise Postgraduate students in his / her areas of specialization. Candidate must have adequate acceptable publications locally and internationally with distinctive academic quality, originality and contribution to knowledge. Possession of Higher National Diploma in Horticulture or other allied Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit. Computer Literacy and knowledge of Application of ICT would be added advantage.

Draughtsman - CONTISS 04
Candidates should possess Trade Certificate obtained from a Government Trade Centre or any other approved Institution. Candidates should also possess in addition to the above SSCE/GCE ‘O’Level with Credit in five (5) Subjects including English Language and Mathematics. Computer Literacy and ability to communicate effectively would be added advantage.

Chief Security Officer – CONTISS 13
Possession of good first degree in relevant discipline obtained from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant discipline with fifteen (15) years cognate experience. Candidates must be computer literate.

Security Officer II - CONTISS 07
Possession of a honours degree in relevant discipline obtained from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant discipline. Experience in the Armed Forces will be an added advantage. Candidates must be computer literate.

Patrolmen – CONTISS 2
Candidates must possess SSCE/GCE or equivalent with at least Credit in three (3) Subjects at one sitting or five (5) subjects at two (2) sittings with one of them in English Language.
