Bike Sales Representative at FlexEdge Limited - Lagos, Oyo, Rivers, Enugu

FlexEdge Limited - Our client,  Al afia Distribution is a dynamic, innovative, service centric, company and a major player in the Nigeria FMCG distributorship sector. Its core operation is in the distribution of certified highly consumable tobacco products to different sales channels across and markets in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bike Sales Representative

Locations: Lagos, Ibadan-Oyo, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Enugu

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and effectively cover retail customers in assigned territory
• Ensure products are available, visible and accessible in retail outlets in assigned territory (proper and effective display/merchandising of the products)
• Draw up weekly route plans and commit to same
• Ensure prompt and correct product and TPOS pickup and recording
• Ensure sales targets per SKU are met
• Achieve daily strike rate target
• Ensure correct product and TPOS issuance
• Effective use of realtime sales App
• Ensure daily reconciliation of previous stock issued with supervisor
• Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance and reconciliation of cash from retail outlets to supervisor
• Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Bike, Application etc).

Professional Requirement

• Qualification needed - OND/NCE
• At least 1 year experience in bike sales
• Experience in FMCG sector is an added advantage
• Must possess valid driver’s license and riders permit requested by location of choice
• Must be resident in Location of choice and possess good knowledge of road network in location of choice
• Must own a smart phone
• Knowledge and usage of mobile sales application an added advantage.
