Qualification Required

2:1 degree or equivalent in any discpiline
Completion of NYSC programme
Not older than 26 years as at Dec. 31, 2010

General Qualities Required

Individuality and confidence to think differently
Great team-working skills and ability to see other people’s point of view
Commercial Awareness and the desire to be a business leader
The self-motivation to get thing done and an understanding of the demands of career with Ernst & Young
The ability to think fast on your feet in a fast changing world.

i sugest u people should include both 2.2 and 3rd class cos 2.1 of this days does not really mater in d nigeria labour market.there ar some with 3rd class that can display what even 1st class holders can not.

Mr innocent u have spoken fine,bcos we have some people who made 3rd class when they were in school and are performing better than those that make 1st class.plz.include 3rd class to your recruitment.

In my own candid opinion, i think every organisation have their own unique standard, but that shouldn't be underrated by anyone concern. Sincerely speaking, some holders of 1st class out there can.t defend the certificate they're carrying, which is the more reason some wise organisations would specifically call for holders of 2nd class lower [2.2] to compete in both written and oral test with holders of the so called 2.1, whatever persons in each group is able to deliver, that establishes the standard for further selection in that wise organisations.............It's what's upstairs that count, not the certificate per say, the latter ONLY prepares the ground upon which other skills and demonstrated experience can thrive. Strictly consider this!

1st,2.1,2.2,3rd class,Pass are 5-categories of GPA a Graduate of a reputable Institutn can posses.1st-2.1 are most preferred.2.2-3rd are partly considered.3rd-Pass is assumed a failure.Can i buy gd rslts(1st-2.1 class)?YES.(2.2,3rd,P),Does it mean am a Failure?NO..shld we all b tested?YES.are dis categories all GRADUATES?YES.10Q
