Job Descriptions

• People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
• Business & Technology Integration professionals advise upon, design, develop and/or deliver technology solutions that support best practice business changes. The Business and Technology Delivery Team Lead analyzes, designs and/or develops best practice business changes through technology solutions.
• SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
• PRD & FS -Cross Industry professionals develop and deliver business solutions across all Products and Financial Services industries.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

• Identify new potential SAP project opportunities by applying deep client knowledge to functional business issues, working closely with business domain experts
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client-relevant services in the SAP area
• Sets and manages expectations of Client Sponsors / Champions and Stakeholders on delivery efforts
• Collaborates with team members towards achieving clients’ objectives
• Translates Functional Requirements into detailed Functional and Technical Designs
• Delivers innovative and differentiated technology offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years post qualification relevant experience in Information Technology
• Expertise in more than one of SAP ECC Procurement, Financials, Sales & Distribution and HCM
• Expertise in any of SAP Cloud solutions e.g. Success Factors. SAP Analytics
• Previous experience with leading the delivery of SAP Business Suite in at least 3 implementation cycles
• SAP Cloud certification would be an advantage (Leonardo, SAP HANA Cloud Platform etc.)
• Experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Manufacturing and Financial Services industry will be an advantage·
• Other technical/professional certification such as ITIL, PMP and Prince 2 will be an advantage
