Branch Services - Painting, Fumigation
Inventory Management
Repair and Maintenance of office equipment and fittings ? ACs, Counting, Machines, Furniture, fire extinguishers, Lighting, Plumbing
Fleet and Logistic Management
Coordination of Support Staff(Security staff, Drivers and Cleaners) across the bank?s branches and head office
Payment of Bill and taxes? PHCN, LAWMA, LASSA and LG levies
Initiate payment claims from vendors/service providers and keep records (within approved limits)
Ensure a system is in place to manage transport logistic requirements of departments and to maintain AMFB vehicles in good condition
Identifying and registering 3-5 vendor for artisans like plumbers, bricklayers, welders, electricians, carpenters,, aluminum workers, diesel suppliers, furniture dealers, painters

Identify and document contractors; perform due diligence, liaise and negotiate with renovation contractors as regards scope of proposed works in a role as Project Manager
Responsible for securing appropriate CBN approvals for all branches/regional branches in liaison with legal.
Resolve major issues with utility service providers, local governments, property owners and major dispute resolutions for branches
Responsible for specialized and major capital-intensive construction/fabrication projects
Routine Maintenance and Preventive maintenance checks and supporting Admin/Procurement Units and making sure the ambience of branches is always up to ACCION set standards
Monitor contract compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing, reconciliations and payments for all construction works)
Enforce compliance by branches with established procedures and identify recurrent problematic areas to identify and recommend lasting solutions
Liaise with management to support and implement expansion strategies
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Sourcing for potential properties in preferred locations and in line with bank specifications in addition to efforts of Facilities Manager to have a greater pool of options
Inspect properties to verify conditions
Keep an up to date generator maintenance schedule from branches and Mikano to ensure correctness of status at any given time
Track weekly reports of generators from branches
Assist is drafting correspondence and memos for landlords, relevant agencies, etc.
Conduct bi-monthly branch visit to evaluate schedule of dilapidation and recommend remedial actions
Initiate payment claims from vendors/service providers and keep records (within approved limits)
Track lease terms and expirations to be brought to knowledge of facilities Head 12 months before due date
Qualification & Experiences
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Architecture, B Tech, Civil Engineering,

Required Knowledge:
Ability to manage project
Analytical and conceptualization for building/designs
Extensive Working Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and power point, Intranet and AutoCAD
