Job Title: Front Desk Officer/Administrative Assistant
Location: Abuja
Job Description
To perform general administrative duties and provide such support to the project as required.
Responsibilities:
Office Management - Ensure a smooth day-to-day office management including general office cleanliness, arrangement and organization, ordering of stationery, record-keeping, filing and other office duties.
Administrative Tasks - Act as initial point of contact by responding to enquiries and request or directing as appropriate to those who are in need of assistance, minutes taking and report formation, handling of petty cash, perform errands that assist daily functions: post office, banks etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A university degree in Humanities with at least 2 years working experience in a similar organization
- Very personable and able to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with people
- Able to multi task and work under pressure
- Highly organized with strong communication and relational skills.
