Rhine Nigeria: Senior Accounting Officers, Import/Banking/Admin Officer

1.)   Senior Accounting Officers (Female Only)

Qualification

• The holder must possess a BSc, or HND in Accountancy

Experience

• Should possess a minimum of 5 years post NYSC  experience in a similar position

Age: Not more than 35 years

Skill:

• Computer literate with good practical knowledge of word, power point and excel with some accounting computer packages such as Tally
• Should possess excellent communication and analytical skills and must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Job:

• To head and coordinate the activities of the Account department
• Collate and record creditor invoices
• Maintenance of company accounts managers general ledger accounts
• Responsible for insurance of cheques and generate daily and weekly cash reports
• Responsible for making cash payments for company cash transactions
• Provide monthly management reports on company accounts
• Should possess leadership/supervisory quality

2.)  Import/Banking/Admin Officer (Male Only)

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess SSCE/ OND in any discipline with 10 years experience or HND ,  BSc in any social sciences with 5 years experience

Age: Not more than 35 years

Skill: Should be computer literate

Job Functions

• To report directly to the Operations Manager
• Handling of Foreign Exchange matters including
• Processing of form ‘M’ ,Opening of letters of credit and arranging  for  bidding
• Maintenance of accurate records of  Foreign Exchange transaction
• Follow up with the Company’s clearing Agent in order to ensure early delivery of all imported materials
• To be in charge of administrative of the company
• To liaise with the company’s bank for import finance facility and any other credit facility for the company.
