One Precious Life (OPL) Academy - Our client, an Elevator company is looking to hire an experienced candidate to join their team in the vacant position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

Negotiating contract terms favorable to the company
Analyzing customer needs and securing desirable business opportunities for the company’s products and services
Planning sales activities to meet annual sales target
Sourcing for new clients and maintaining favorable relationships with existing clients
Preparing estimates for the sale of company products and services
Preparing and presenting business proposals to clients
Developing negotiating strategies with minimum monitoring by management
Assessing and following customer complaints to satisfactory resolution
Retaining and growing customer base
Preparing regular sales status reports to update Sales Team/management
Preparing and maintaining required customer information and files in accordance with established procedures
Sourcing, analyzing, communicating and applying competitive data for the competitive advantage of the company
Participating in company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of elevator company products, services and procedures
Performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Engineering is preferred
3-5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales is required
Technical knowledge of elevators is a high advantage
Should be able to interpret bill of quantities and construction designs
Strong indoor and outdoor sales expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer focused and results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects
Excellent team player with the ability to work independently on own initiative
