Role Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for generating product requirements; determining specifications; production timetables; pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Draw up product strategy
Develop product requirements and roadmaps
Leading Business Analysts and coordinating with Service Delivery, Business Development and other teams
Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
Communicating product direction and vision
Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation
Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
Track and monitor product delivery in line with standard product development lifecycle
Participate in Scrum activities
Steady refinement of product backlog
Preparation of product documentations, requirements documentations, technical documentations etc.
Coordinate and facilitate product usability testing
Conducting market research and surveys (in collaboration with Market research team) to validate ideas and concepts before implementation
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
Communicates needed changes to development team.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients or users
Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
Generates enthusiasm among team members.
Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Identifies critical issues with ease.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Required
A First Class or Second Class Upper Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferably Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering or any related field
3 to 5 years work experience
CBAA, CBAP, ITIL is a plus
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Familiarity with the Agile Methodology
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analyzing data or existing processes to draw business relevant conclusions
Understanding Customer Segmentation
Translating Customer Feedback into Product Modification
Ability to work with Prototyping tools; Balsamiq, Proto.io, AI, Adobe XD etc.
Ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects
Ability to adapt and adjust to change quickly
Good knowledge in generating process documentation
Basic experience in writing SQL queries
