Kimberly Ryan is recruiting for its client to fill the position of Maintenance Officer (Mechanical).

Job Title: MAINTENANCE OFFICER (Mechanical)

Accountabilities    
1 Inspection of CSTC building services installations and locations for early error detection
2 Monitor progress of work (repairs/refurbishment);
3 Develop and implement automated processes for error reporting and follow-up
4 Develop building services (mechanical) drawings for minor renovations and projects
5 Develop maintenance and cost forecast for building services installations and locations

Requirements    
HND or BSc.- Mechanical.

Work Experience    
Minimum work experience 3 years relevant experience
Plumbing installations/repair works

Competencies    
Engineering Professional Qualification An advantage

Skills
Computer literate, AutoCAD Knowledge, Building Industry Practice

Age bracket 25 - 30 Personal characteristics Methodical, Analytical, Team player and proactive

Salary/Benefits
Salary plus productivity bonus, medical, 13th month
