Qualifications and Experience

• A good first Degree in a relevant field of study
• Professional teaching and administrative qualifications are essential
• A Master’s Degree in Education or a PHD in a related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a school leadership role
• Qualified teacher status - registered with TRCN

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience of excellent leadership across all phases -Early Years, Primary and Secondary
• The ability to lead, develop and embed excellent standards of teaching and learning
• Highexpectations and is committed to raising the achievement of every child
• A relentless commitment to continuous school improvement
• Up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum in the UK and Nigeria
• Significantexperience of self-evaluation, school improvement planning, curriculum development, assessment and data analysis
• The skills to develop the school as part of the local, national and global community
• The ability to provide a culture where everyone is valued and encouraged to succeed
• The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and positive with the ability to work as part of a team and motivate others.
• Experience in an International School setting is preferred.
