Job Title: Accountant/Admin Executive

Job Description
We are looking to hire an Accountant/Admin Officer who would be responsible for documenting and providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing and presenting reports as well as act as the point of contact for all employees, suppliers and other external stakeholders, providing administrative support and the management of employee and company records and correspondence.
Job Responsibilities
On daily prepare/review Bank/E-value /GL reconciliation per the format defined by HQ.
Follow up daily the reconciling items in the reconciliations.
Track all open items to ensure they are timely closed.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
Updating office policies and procedures
Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO as well as answering queries by employees and clients
Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
Organizing special functions and social events
Preparing, Distributing and storing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Schedule in-house and external events
Person Specifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or related discipline from any recognised institution.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience,
Strong reporting and data interpretation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong Attention to Detail; Integrity and Ethical Disposition
Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
Work experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
