i'm a b.tech(mechanical)& marine engineer (fresher),interested to join as a 5th engineer in merchant marine,but every shipping companies require different post of engineer except 5th engineer.so i think there has to be an opportunities for the junior engineer,otherwise in future there will be some deficiency
