Industrial Trainng Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) in collaboration with ITF Industrial Skills Training Certre, Lokoja, invite applications from qualified young Nigerian of sound character and learning for:

Title: Technical Skills Training Programme

Location: Kano

Description
We invite qualified young Nigerian to undertake an intensive One (1) Year Technical Skills Training Programme in the following areas:

• Electrical installation and Maintenance Work
• Mechanical Craft Practice
• Welding and Fabrication

Objectives

• The programme aims to provide Nigerian Youth with Technical and Vocational Skills Training for Job Creation through hard working, dedicated and highly trained professional staff of the centre

The Programme

• This programme is entirely non-residential and candidates will be responsible for their accommodation throughout the duration of the programme. However they will enjoy free tuition and lunch.

Requirements
Candidates mustmeet the following requirements

• Applicant must be between 18 and 30 years
• Applicant must have a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate
• Applicant must be unemployed and should not be ex-convicts or of questionable character
• Prior experience is not a pre-requisite but candidates must be willing to undergo a screening test for eligibility
