Receptionist/Front Desk Executive at Everything Electric

Everything Electric is a leading conglomerate in Electrical Engineering materials construction, distribution, retail and contracting firm with head office in Lagos.

We are opening a one stock mega Retail shop that would supply and distribute all household and industrial electrical parts and accessories to all customers across Nigeria, in Lagos Mainland. As a result of this, we are currently in need of an qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist/Front Desk Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• First point of contact for our company and hence a brand Ambassador.
• Provide administrative support across the organization.
• Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, managing guest inflow and redirecting phone calls.

Job Responsibilities

• Courteously welcome guests as they arrive and directs them to appropriate offices
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Required Experience/Qualifications/Skills

• Must be a graduate with NYSC certificate/exemption letter
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Admin and Front desk role.
• Must be very familiar with the use of computer systems and MS packages
• Must be Smart looking and have good command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with no supervision.
• Exceptional Customer service skills, and Good Communication Skill is Key.
• Attention to details and good in Reporting
• Female is preferred for this role
