We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative (Betta Health Insurance)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

A fast growing Healthcare aggregator company that deals with retail health insurance cover is urgently looking to employ Field Sales Agents

Responsibilities

Generating leads
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Meeting with prospective clients and converting assigned leads to sells
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Ensuring that clients deposits and balance payment within the stipulated time.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products
Answering client questions about terms and conditions of the insurance cover.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Experience in sales
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, goggle spread sheet and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Salary

N60,000 monthly plus commission on sales.
