We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Purpose

Sales and Marketing Specialist is to identify and develop new business opportunities and clients that will help the Company achieve its strategic and business objectives.
Specifically, for the sale and letting of all property being offered by Eko Development

Organizational Relationship:

Reports to: CEO

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Develop strategic alliances and cultivate relationship and register the Company with local & international organizations.
To Monitor and be aware of competition and consistently staying ahead in this highly competitive Industry. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Develop/ensure implementation of efficient and effective customer service strategies
Identify, develop and focus on new business opportunities – markets, products
Marketing Relationship Management: Develop and coordinate the sales & marketing team/customer support team
Provide on a regular basis market groups performance/customer profitability assessments
Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing plans
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with clients or other organizations as required.
