We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Head

Location: Ogun

Job Description

• Responsible for Planning , organizing implementing and controlling production schedules
• Ensuring 100% production achievement as per plan; efficient utilization of the plant production capacity
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Drafting timescales for the jobs
• Set product quality standards
• Monitor quality standards of the products as per the customer specification
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality materials that meet customer delivery expectations
• Determine the quality parameters and ensure team is working towards possible improvements.
• Ensure implementation and adherence of health and safety procedures
• Ensure employee safety training is conducted as per the requirements and company policies
• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the work place
• Able to establish and standardize- raw material, equipment’s and process flows / operations.
• Ability to set principles, technical applications and procedures for production as per product standards and customer requirements.
• Establishing importance of SOP creation and Implementation.
• Liaison with customers and the relevant departments
• Establish a system for effective management of work in progress material and inventory of finished goods.
• Develop waste Management strategies and ensures the regulatory requirements are complied.
• Able to establish maintenance tasks based on predicted and / or measured failure rates thereby reducing instances of unplanned downtime.
