Job Title: Growth Manager

The Position
The ideal candidate will work with our Executive Office, Product, Underwriting, Sales and Technology teams, to develop, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our strategy and financial goals.
You will have major responsibility for the growth of our retail insurance product as well as driving leads for corporate sales. In addition to technical expertise, you will bring creativity to all growth strategies developed
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
Lead management of all social media pages and ensure growth in engagement and followership
Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
Organize and oversee the day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, affiliate, and video
Manage RHMO blog and work with Content Developer to develop useful and creative content for readers
Build healthy pipeline of Affiliate marketers and maintain contact with them
Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy
Develop and allocate monthly budget to various digital marketing expenses based on their income-generating potential.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization.
Requirements
Must Haves:
At least 3 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, B2B, B2C, and startup experience preferred
Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CTR cost models
Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
Experience managing organic acquisition, including SEO and CRO
Very data driven with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution and speed
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
