Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We require the service of a Business Manager who will be responsible for acquiring, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement, luxury service, business development, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Boost sales through omnichannel and out of home base selling
• Cultivate and grow client base
• Champion operational excellence
• Contribute to team success.

Education, Essential Skills and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study, preferably Marketing
• Cognate experience in the fashion industry
• A strong brand strategy skill
• Business development
• Sales experience with online B2B
• Existing network within the fashion industry (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving yearly revenue targets
• Experience in selling in-person, and remotely via phone calls
• Experience with client relationship management post-sale and identifying up-sell opportunities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of and passion for fashion, retail, and the HR landscape
• Analytical with strong attention to detail and process
