We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Engineer

Location: Bayelsa

Job Description

• Ensure maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and other systems in the facility
• Ensure performance of activities that conform with company rules and requirements.
• Ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards by reporting practices if unsafe or adversely impacting the environment.
• Assist in accomplishing organizationТs efforts to meet or exceed goals and plans.
• Recommend improved Environment, Health and Safety practices to management.
• Ensure operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and within budget.
• Technically assist the Plant in areas of installation, start-up, repair and training
• Assist in distribution and generation of equipment and systems performance.
• Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.
• Prepare relevant reports and ensure proper selection of outsourced services.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
• Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and techniques to equipment, buildings and infrastructure.
