Job Title: Loan Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements:

Minimum educational level of B.Sc./HND
Basic knowledge of Financial mathematics & Accounting
1-2 years working experience in any related field would be an added advantage

Main Tasks:

Direct promotion in markets
Evaluation of loan applications and preparation of loan proposals
Participation in loan committees
Monitoring of disbursed loans
Assuring long term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ration of revolving clients

pls i have BSC IN ECONOMICS from madonna univeristy okija...an working with the UBA hand office here in lagos state.under Risk MGT. Retail collection unit...i try applying on line but the sit is not opening...see the comment when u try to open the sit ..could not perform this operation becos the default mail clients is not properly installed..pls assist look into it...i belive i can give the bank the best as my duities in UBA hand office in lagos island is as follows...UNITED BANK OF AFRICA PLC, 57 Marina, Lagos, Nigeria. Credit Risk Recovery-Retail Collection Make payment demand calls to delinquent account holders. Identify reason for account delinquency. Update CACS with information on calls. Follow through on collection contact to ensure that amount due is paid. Enlighten and educate customers account charges and balances. Participate in team initiatives and activities. Attend team meetings and contribute to team development.
