We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Abijo, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of the company's products and services, market environment, situation and customer needs.
• Fully implement the company's rules and regulations, supervise the standardized development of business, and optimize the model of business structure.
• Formulate business strategies implementation plans accordingly and coordinate resources to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies and monitor competitor, economic indicators, industry trends and new market opportunities.
• Maintains accurate records and data to support effective and coordinated sales management.
• Keep abreast of new product and services launches and ensure sales team are on board.
• Project and forecast monthly sales quotas, targets, and/or goals for the market.
• Review sales results monthly and initiate appropriate action steps to deliver the targets and track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership.
• Set targets, lead generation plans, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for the sales team in the region.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with distribution networks and customers in an efficient and professional manner.
• Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
• Liaise with logistics and production to ensure that sales orders are promptly serviced.
• Develop a detailed sales process and ensure the sales team in the region adhere to it correctly.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Set a good example for the sales team. Work according to company culture and values, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.

Skiils & Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline
• At least 2-3 years experiences in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Managerial positions.
• Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes and market trends.
• Driven, energetic, competitive nature and attention to details.
• Sense of urgency and ability to take initiative.
• Perfect communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skill.
• Successful track record in sales deals and in-depth knowledge of Nigeria markets.
• Digital marketing skills.

Salary

• N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
