CIAPS Career Development Roundtable: Inside the Employer's Mind

All is now set for the hosting of the January 2021 edition of the CIAPS Career Development Roundtable. The theme of this month's event is "Inside the Employer's Mind: Recruitment Retention Promotion".

Keynote speakers will include:

1.)  Ayo Owoeye (MILR, MCIPM, MCIA, HRPL) - Insight Redefini Group Head, Human Resources. Insight Redefini is the integrated marketing communication arm of Troyka Holding with over 360 employees affiliated with Publicis Groupe, France.

2.)  Dorcas Essien at MTN Advisor, Talent & Career Management. MTN Group is a Multinational Mobile Telecommunications company that employs over 19,288.

The event will be chaired by Anthony Kila, CIAPS Centre Director and Professor of Strategy and Development.

It is slated for Saturday, 30th January 2021, will start at 4 pm and finish at 5:30 pm but will have its red carpet open at 3 pm.

The CIAPS Career Development Roundtable is an opportunity for CIAPS Students and Graduates to gain valuable insights into the Career and Employment process and to network with leading Career Development Experts. This particular roundtable will give CIAPS Students and Graduates tips and understanding of what is in the mind of employers when they recruit, what they are looking for in new and old staff as well as what makes them retain, promote or let go of some staff.

The event will hold at CIAPS and can also be joined online from across the world.
