We are leading Nigerian manufacturers and suppliers of a range of Ice Block Making Machine, Coldroom, Blast Freezers, Cold storage barns, Ovens, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners, among other domestic and industrial heat transfer equipment. Our services include all aspects of design, installation, maintenance and repairs of domestic, commercial and industrial systems.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Papalanto, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects.
• Coordinate with managers to develop project plan and timelines.
• Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities.
• Assign daily workload to team members.
• Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Organize job trainings for your team members to achieve production goals.
• Investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
• Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution.
• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer’s specifications.
• Generate daily/weekly task.
• Ensuring the right technical parameters are met i.e., low pressure and high pressure.
• Measuring and analyzing technical growth.
• Develop product design for manufacturing using 3D/2D modelling design software.
• Oversee the entire design process of product before manufacturing.
• Ensure that the following is implemented/installed on our machine: squareness of the internal and external, improved aesthetics, Air tightness of the door, proper insultaion/lapping and curing of A & B chemical and other sealant, recording and observing maximum pull down time is achieved, ensuring all necessary devices are installed.
